Class Description

**All May workshops will open for registration on APRIL 27 ** *Please Read Description Before Signing Up* In this special workshop class we'll use watercolors, tempera paint and colored pencils to create an ocean scene with a dolphin jumping out of the water! Kids will learn drawing and painting techniques in addition to creating beautiful pieces of original art! I'll model all the steps and provide all materials. I always encourage creativity, so your child's may end up looking very different than the examples pictured! Parents can drop kids off or stay during class, but this is not a mommy and me type class! Unless your child has special needs, it's preferred that you do not sit by them in class as it can be distracting to the rest of us. If you have a child outside of the age range that would like to participate, please contact me before signing up! Class is capped at 12 students, minimum of 4 students must be met 24 hours before class, or class will be cancelled and refunds given to anyone signed up. All materials included in price. Class takes place at Spokane Art Supply: 1303 N Monroe St, Spokane, WA 99201. All classes are taught by Heather Brown, artist and former elementary school teacher.
